Very helpful staff and explained everything, pickup my ticket early . Seems most think this a cruise ship not a ferry listen folks if you want european quality go to Europe. This is Mexico so dont compare , and its an adventure not a relaxing cruise ship so get over yourself

Get ready for a wait in line getting on it the ride was very comfortable I did not have a cabin so I slept on the floor but then get ready for a wait to get off of it it says 12 hrs but its 15 really
Worst. Ferry experience. Ever. Where do I begin? I don't have enough space to fully explain but spending over 400 to take my car, dog and self across in this Baja Ferry resulted in a terrible trip, worst service, covered in tractor trailer grease, dog traumatized, food a Mexican sailor would barely eat, extra expense after extra charge, and when you arrive in La Paz totally frustrated and neck sore from the bunk bed the marines hold you hostage for not one but 3 checkpoints, two of which come with additional surcharges.
Ferry from La Paz to Mazatlan was enjoyable. There was some confusion but that's probably just user error on my part (I don't speak the best spanish). Watching the sailors launch the boat and then dock the next morning was very entertaining. Dinner was fine, there was no milk for coffee in the morning so I didn't have any. There are two bars and karaoke at night which is fun with people who have been drinking all night.
