This is a local venture that is rented via Airbnb, the main house is lovely and the condos are great. It is an ocean side facility so you have the beach at your door step. The pool is great. I love, really love this place.

'Tranquilo' was our Spanish word for this place. I hesitated in writing this review as I don't want the secret to get out. Amazing place to stay with various options for accommodations. There is a 3 bedroom house, 4 studio lofts, two top level apartments and a trailer that is currently being renovated that will likely be super cool when complete. The pool is right on the beach, you can't get a more central location to stay. Walking distance to everything in town. 5 minute walk to two different large resorts. We were lucky enough to be the only ones staying on property and we'll be back for sure. Being going to Los Barriles for 30 years and this was one of our best trips yet. The host is fantastic. The lofts were constructed in the past year.

The Cons: Shower has issues sometimes it's extremely hot and in seconds it turns to cold, hard to adjust, be prepared for uncomfortable showers. Had some construction going during the day, they are working on putting another trailer there so not sure if it's just bad timing. Gate is a hostle to open and close to keep the out, mainly the lock on the gate. Sound isolation is not very good inside the house, you hear everything, but it does work well for the noise from outside, as long as no one does the laundry. No barbecue on the patio. Watch out for and outside. Pros: Locationt right on the water. Lots of room. Nice pool. Easy walk to the town, everything close bye.
Very well maintained place, friendly workers, nice charcoal BBQ area.pool , beachfront.. every year there are improvements .. great place to swim and recharge ..
Awesome, I love this place. But thought we'd be able to talk to the host but he's nowhere in site, I don't think he even goes there, hard to communicate with grounds people no English.
This is a great place. Right on the beach and with a very nice pool! The boat has been excellent and attentive when we've needed something! Highly recommended!
Very noisy with unsafe stairs to the sleeping area in Casitas. One of the boats leaks. Location is very good and the main house looks like it would be great with the pool
