The Roses were good and the communication with the personal was polite the only problems I found with this company is that I called in the morning and they delivered it, until aftenoon, They delivered the roses but not the message card, I called back, I told them I didn't want a refund or any compensation for the inconveniences I just want it to delivered for what I paid for the little messege card but they never did it ,I have all the conversation record on my phone as an evidence that talks about their lack of professionalism unfortunately is Mexico and they give bad reputation to other local businesses so with this in mind I will recommend this business as your last option If you want it just as an extremely emergency last time option Thank you

No me gustaron los girasoles, ya fueron 2 veces en la que las pido y me salen gusanos y cuando se le da el alimento se empieza a marchitar más rápido pero buen servicio al cliente
