They are great. It is my second time here. I am here now because a different BMW shop (Puebla) broke my motorcycle, and I had to bring it to BMW Motors Lerma so they could fix it. The staff is professional, competent, and nice. They know what they are doing, and they are good people. This is what I expect from a BMW shop. Excellent experience.
