Nightmare. Reserved tickets a week in advance in person to Mazatlan. Arrived at 2pm for 5pm ferry. Were asked to wait and just before 5pm and they said no more space and we had to purchase tickets to Topolobampo which requires an additional 5 hour drive and which left at 9pm. They will prioritise vehicles with single drivers (truckers). Many people arriving after me received tickets but not me. That’s because they make more money on vehicles than passengers. Also be aware this is a cargo boat. Only baja ferries gas passenger ships. Unfortunately they are awful to but at least you get a physical tickets instead of an email reservation that is later worthless ...

Llame a preguntar si podía comprar el boleto y me dijeron que si, que están abiertos desde las 8am. Pero al llegar me dijeron que no podía comprar el boleto ahí. Solo en la terminal. Por qué no me avisan por teléfono? Lo bueno es que tomaron mi reserva para poder tomar el ferry. Pero me hubiera ahorrado tiempo si solo me lo tomaban por teléfono. Viaje a topolobampo lo que un viaje de 8hs se convirtió en más de 20hs de viaje. Cuando llamaron a confirmar mi reserva me dijeron que llegue a las 18hs El ferry “arranca” a las 21hs pero arrancó 21:30.. Y lo que sólo sería 8hs. Luego se 14hs seguíamos en el ferry. En el ferry los que trabajan son súper amables..
