Although it can be difficult to FIND an available employee... Once found, I'm always happy with their customer service and product quality (as displayed). Regular prices can be high for La Paz, but most of their sales are unbeatable!

Home Depot always a good store, however usually pricier than smaller competitors.

I believe it's a cultural thing when it comes to big name stores like this in mexico. Workers are just unhappy and provide mediocre customer service. But I get it, the wages in mexico are so bad they can't o don't care to uphold any service standard

I can't get their local number and at the 800 number the people are rude.

Don’t expect any help with defective items from this store. They won’t help with warranty or any problems. Terrible customer service. Better to shop at an independent store.

It's ok. Beggars can't be choosers. Had a difficult time trying to find sponge wipes. Finally discovered jambed in behind other wipes. Place is filthy, dirty. The outdoor furniture/cushions were dirty. I had a large amount of items in my cart, and instead of getting another cart to check items into, the check out person, checked items back into the cart so was unsure what had been checked and what had been checked twice.
