Motorcycle trip from Los Angeles to cdmx. This was a safe awesome and restful way to get across.

OK, I heard of so many nightmares, yet it was fantastic. The room (balcony room) was really comfortable, clean and no noise, I slept a good 8 hours. I got dinner (pretty basic) and had to pay for very basic offerings for breakfast. The ride was really calm. I took my motorcycle and arrived at 6pm (8pm departure) it was only 30 minutes and was on boat with all my gear. Went up escalator to reception, left my license as deposit for TV remote and room key and was escorted to my room. Getting off the boat only took 30-45 minutes after we stopped too! We are all off the boat by 11.30am after arriving around 11am. The boat was not full, so maybe I was lucky. But I had a great experience!

We have traveled in Jason America enough to know not to trust online booking so instead we found our way to this central office for the ferries which run between La Paz and the mainland. The station was clean and calm, as were the restrooms. The employees were professional aaaand helpful. The ticket prices for a person and their bike ( 200) to Mazatlán was 1660 pesos (94 usd).

Was hard to find detailed information on ferry schedule and costs from anywhere in La Paz until I found this office though the tourist information centre. Was able to pre purchase tickets and cabin room and now know all relevant details so not too worry

Here Comes That Sinking Feeling. Actually the company has substantially improved it's service quality without missing a beat related to price increases. The boarding process in Mazatlan is still a circus, but staff is generally helpful. On a recent crossing I had an excellent interior cabin with spotless bath. The food is nothing to tweet home about.

We payed our Ticket an „Baja Ferrys“ to Mazatlan with our Creditcard. The lady told me it was not successful. So I tried one‘s more, with the same result. So I phoned to my bank and they told me, it is charged twice. Despite of them, I tried to pay with a differend Creditcard, sadly with the same result. So we did not get a ticket and had to leave the terminal.

It was one of the worse experiences with a transportation company i've ever had. The web-page doesn't work well, it shows availability when there is not and once we put in our credit card number and clicked enter the page just got blank. Then we tried to call the hotline and waited for one hour without response. The people were unfriendly and unhelpful, you do not get all information and the ones we got differed a lot (don't trust the homepage, you can leave from mazatlan f.e.). I was very very disappointed, nearly ruined my planned holiday.

One star for having the most annoying hotline on planet earth. How are we supposed to call you when you end up in a endless circle line whatever you dial in your hotline menue??? Can you please provide a direct phone nummer to MAKE A BOOKING/RESERVATION??? Thank you!
