I had booked the crocodile dive at night. Was having a hard time equalizing. Figured because of allergies. Never saw a crocodile unfortunately. My guide was awesome. Took medicine for my ear. Woke up with it hurting so bad. Went to the office told the lady I couldn’t do the shark dive because of my ear. She tells me I have to get a doctors note so they can refund my money. I’ve never heard of a company so money hungry that they are not willing to refund my money. So now I’m off to find a doctor to write me a doctors note. Watch out for this scam and don’t get sick or injured or you’re screwed and will spend your day doing what I’m doing. Just got my doctors note. So they are refunding me 50% now then 50% in 30 days and hopefully I will get that money but they are keeping 6% for commission. What a scam company.

The service was amazing! I highly recommend the Dos Ojos Cenote dive. It is breathtaking. All for Julio as your dive master. He was patient, informative and very kind!
I’m so glad that I found Kooks! They were great and snorkeling in the cenote was awesome. I booked last minute and was accommodated. Julio was a great tour guide!! Loved him!

Julio and Charlie were fantastic instructors, always keeping and eye on our safety. I had a refresher course and my boyfriend did a discovery dive. It was great to do at Casa Cenote instead of a pool as it was safe and beautiful. We highly recommend Koox divers and will be back!
