Very nice place to live it's very quiet and peaceful

Private residential area. Outside the is a small market, hardware store meat market, 7-11, oxxo, fruit and vegy store, water jug refill station, good taco place.

Even though it's quite far from the city the place is very quiet, has good security and lots of space. It looked like a nice place to live (if you have a car)
