Alex and the family crew at DC Explorer are total professionals and very accommodating. Priority where it should be, on safety, personal experience and care of the whale sharks. Excellent communication and all questions were answered before booking, then, arriving everything was as expected and planned. Can't say any more other than DC is your most convenient and accommodating option for Whale Sharks and other water sport activity on Isla Mujeres or other destinations - with their own van services to get you there on time from the mainland. Luis is an excellent and knowledgeable guide that knows about sea conservation.

My sister and I did the whale shark excursion during our Mexico trip and had the best day ever! Luis and Gabriel were awesome! They were very professional, went above and beyond to make sure we had the best whale shark (and manta ray) experience and you can tell how much they truly care for these animals and the ocean! Top notch! Highly recommend

My husband and I had an amazing time swimming with the whale sharks! We started the morning with Javier and Tony taking us out to the whale sharks. On the way, we were able to see a turtle and tons of dolphins from the boat. Once we arrived at the whale sharks, I was shocked how many there were! They were everywhere! We were able to jump in 2 people at a time to swim with them. Tony did a great job guiding us to them and taking pictures of us next to them. We were able to go in a few times, but it was definitely a lot more swimming than I’m used to. On our way back, we stopped near Isla Mujeres for a swim in the beautiful water! When the ceviche and guacamole was ready, we got out to enjoy it. I couldn’t have asked for a better trip! Tony and Javier always made sure we were having a great time! Thank you for such a memorable experience!!

Alex did an amazing job setting up private transportation to and from the Cancun airport directly to our home on Isla Mujeres. He also arranged for a great fishing trip and a golf cart that was waiting or at our house when we arrived and was picked up at our house upon our departure. I would highly recommend Alex to handle any of your needs while on Isla Mujeres.
