AVOID THIS PLACE!! We had our laundry washed here, and 2 of our items went “missing”. Coincidentally, these 2 items were the most valuable in the whole wash (1 functional merino tshirt, 1 bra). When we went back to ask about it, they weren’t friendly and just dismissed us saying they didn’t know anything about it. Use the other laundry shop south-west of the main square.

One star it’ s not even worth it! We left some clothes to wash and when we received them most of them had bleached stains, everywhere in the clothes and basically imposible to wear them again like this!! When we returned to the place to ask for an explanation , the owner was laughing in our face , not replying and claiming that this isn’t possible to happen there and threat us that we should leave or she would call the cops meanwhile she was “secretly” taking pictures of us!! Horrible attitude, unprofessional a total shame!! It’ s not about the refund or any kind of replacement of our destroyed belongings it s about a human attitude and respect that any kind of client deserves and we never received!! AVOID THIS PLACE!! Terrible experience, disappointing attitude, WE can make the change and give what that “lady” “ owner” deserves !!
Llevamos ropa a lavar y al llegar la casa y doblar la ropa nos dimos cuenta que venía manchada de cloro. Al regresar al local a pedir una explicación la dueña se portó con nosotros de una manera excesivamente grosera, se reía de nosotros en nuestra cara, y argumentaba que era imposible que eso pasara en su lavandería ( cuando tenia 5 minutos que la habíamos recogido de ahí) en ningún momento se le pidió dinero de vuelta ni nada. Pero la actitud de la señora fue sumamente grosera. EVITEN DEJAR SU ROPA AQUÍ! Nunca suelo dejar malos reviews de los lugares, pero este lugar no merece que le den ni un centavo de su dinero. Aunado a eso la dueña nos amenazo con llamar a la policia y nos empezó a tomar fotos con el celular. PÉSIMA EXPERENCIA Y al final la ropa de vuelta a casa, manchada y con el coraje que nos hizo pegar “la dueña”.
