Really enjoyed our 2 half-day sessions with Rudy. He was very professional, gave really helpful advice and had lots of patience. We also really enjoyed hanging out with him. Learned lots and now feel more confident to climb on our own. Will likely hire him again another time to get some help with doing some multi-pitching. Thanks Rudy!

My girlfriend and I recently went to Potrero Chico and booked Rudy and Karla as our ride from the airport and a guided day learning multi-pitch. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!! Rudy took us to the grocery store on our way in and helped pick out all the food we would need (definitely buy the marinated chicken!!) and is a super nice guy. He even took the time to find and return my girlfriend's jacket when she left it in his car and someone else picked it up. The day of multi-pitch was extremely informative and a lot of fun to learn. Half a day low to the ground to go over everything and then up on the wall in the afternoon for a good three pitch climb. After learning from Rudy, we felt confident enough to go out the next couple of days and safely tackle some multi-pitch routes on our own. Karla drove us back to the airport at the end of the trip and even though we didn't get to talk to her much, she was also very sweet. I wouldn't even give it a second thought, if you want a guide for multi-pitch in Potrero Chico, book with Rudy and Karla and you won't be disappointed! Looking forward to getting back soon and seeing them up on the walls.
Rudy is an excellent guide. He went above and beyond to help me set up my trip. He's a member of the community in Hidalgo. Most importantly, he does not play around with safety.
