I live here and it is a terrific place. Friendly people, terrific spot to settle down in Baja California Sur. The nearby beaches are the most stunning I have ever seen and the water is calm and perfect for swimming, fishing, snorkeling, and having fun. Nice variety of beach restaurants within minutes. Mainly Americans and Canadians. Safe, tranquil. The charming town of Mulegé is about 25 minutes north. More restaurants and stores to get what you need. Horseback riding, kayaking, sailing, and the best Margaritas in Mexico. Dancing, movies, special events, all out at the beaches. Many houses for rent and sale in Posada as long timers return to the States after living here for years. Love it.
