Namaste People of Arbol, I am from Australia and don’t speak much English but wanted to say that the teachers and atmosphere at your studio has made it easy for me to attend class and I have enjoyed every class and different teacher. I have just come from India doing two months kundalini training and was worried I would not find a place to do a strong practise. The level of challenge is wonderful and flexible for what you can manage. I am relieved and happy to find such incredible teachers who convey yoga through their presence and attitude. I wish I could understand Spanish because I’m sure the direction is second to none :)
