Worst experience ever. I rented a car last month and paid 390 in dollars cash. Almost a month later the sales lady called me and assured me I did not pay her. Which I have 2 witnesses. I told her to check her cameras. First she told me the cameras showed me not paying her(a lie) now she told me the cameras deleted them after 20 days which were already deleted. She tells me she saw me counting the money. So I tell her that they were dollars. Now she told me that they don't accept dollars only pesos. So i spoke with the manager and assured me they would look for the money. And hope i used them again, apologize and we hung up. The next day they withdrew 402 dollars from my debit card. Be very careful with this company. If you can record it when you go. Asked for recipe. I ended up paying almost 800 dollars for that car.

Yo tuve una muy buena experiencia con la señorita Berenice, es muy atenta y se preocupó de que estuviera cómoda mientras estuvimos hablando. Siguió todas las medidas de higiene y me explico muy bien lo del contrato. Recomiendo que se dirijan con ella a los que vayan a rentar ahi, no se van a arrepentir.
