My husband reserved over the phone, they say he did not need a credit card to do the reservation. When we arrived at the airport and waited for over 30minutes for someone to arrived, we were told that we did not have a resevation and that they didn't have cars available. After 10minutes a car appeared as available but it was a truck and of course more expensive. The employee lied saying that my husband had called a different agency but when my hisband called the number were he did the reservation the guy's cellphone started ringing. I will NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

It is a small City high up at 2,600 meters above sea level. Colonial architecture and very friendly people. The city is clean and you can have wonderful walks around the historical center. Beautiful and calm. Doesn't seem too touristy or too modern. Maintains a city style that has disappeared in many places.
I was there 2 years ago. I had a very bad experience. They wanted to charge 1000 dollars for insurance. I clarified if the 1K was as a deposit. They say no it was insurance I had to get through them in order to rent the car. I got so disappointed and upset, it was a robbery. I cancelled rental car and took a taxi to my destination and wherever I had to go during my staying.
Very bad service they lost my luggage and bin waiting 4 days now and they tell me they cant help me or there very rude dont fly with volaris they hide from you and dont want to help you out thanks volaris im on vacation with my same cloths for 4 days now
Great service IF someone is actually at the counter.
