I lived nearby and everytime that I walked by and there were clients, they always appeared calm and relaxed, while waiting for their ride, or departure. Appear to drive decently. Entering and leaving was always smooth, that I noticed. Their shuttles look comfortable.

Awesome alternative to traditional busses to Mexico City , a tad cheaper too, these vans carry around 20 ppl in good conditions, taking less ppl than a traditional bus, to select destinations in the Santa Fe area of Mexico City, they algo can take you to Toluca city , so if you ever need to get to Mexico City , consider them to take you.
