It's OK, nothing more, you can end up waiting for a long time to get the merchandise delivered from the on site warehouse. Also, if they have stuff in their catalogue, but not in stock, they try to get you to buy what they want to sell you, and not order in stuff for later. But the worst was when I went to buy some LED bulbs, the salesman started trying to sell us a power regulator for the whole house, he was saying that the LED bulbs are extremely sensitive to any variations in power and that it it important to buy a regulator for our whole house. Strange, because in my work I use LEDs for stroboscopic imaging, we flash them on and off hundreds of times a second. Needless to say, I didn't buy the regulator, and I didn't appreciate this attempt to get me to buy something very expensive on false pretence.
