We took 2 ATV tours with this company. The first was to the Jade cenote. We had done this 3 years ago when we were visiting, and enjoyed it so much we did it again. There are 6 of us (3 shared ATV), and the ATVs are so fun to ride. Our guides (Armondo and Ramone) were phenomenal, great sense of humor, and always very careful with masking (we did this tour in 2/2021 - during the pandemic). We enjoyed the first tour so much we decided to book another ATV tour on the East side of the island, which consisted of riding along a sandy road with great views of the wild/wavy side of the island. Covered a lot of mileage and was a ton of fun. We were the only ones on this tour, and Baltazar was our guide. He took a ton of time with us. Of course, the tequila tour was a blast..... All in all, both tours were great. We actually needed to change dates for one of the tours, so we just called and they changed it to the next day with no problem whatsoever. A customer service. We will be booking with them once again next time we come into town!!! Thank you.

Great group of guides. We booked the ATV tour to the jade cavern and the parasailing. We had so much fun!
Had an amazing experience we did the X-rails tour and I'm definitely coming back here again. Everything was perfectly planned and the tour guides were very informative and helpful both post and pre excursion I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Safe and reliable airport transportation. Their customer service is amazing. They request 48 hours advance notice, but we were able to receive our confirmation email and printed our traveling documents within 24 hours after a nervously scheduling and sending a last minute email. They completely take the stress out of transportation while traveling abroad. I will most definitely book airport transportation again AND look forward to booking local Cozumel tours with them during our next visit. Reliability and trustworthiness is HUGE for us while traveling abroad and Cozumel tours is TOP on our go-to reservation agenda now. Thanks again...Cheers, Michelle
My 12 year old grandson and I did the mini scooter sub excursion. We both said it was the most most fun we have have ever had! I’m not sure why more people weren’t doing it. Our guides were fabulous! They were very knowledgeable and professional. Explained everything very well and made us feel comfortable. We saw many many fish, held a sea urchin, star fish and conch..:all live! One of the guides took beautiful underwater photos and videos for us to share with friends and family. I highly recommend this excursion to everyone. Especially those with hard to impress teenagers! Thanks again! We will be back.
