Really enjoyed this tour back in 2019 and am booking again for an upcoming trip back to Playa. The tour guide wasn't just prompt and knowledgeable but personable and friendly. The food was excellent, getting to more about the ingredients at the market was interesting, and seeing a bit more of the city pushed it over the top. Recommend this tour without hesitation and can't wait to do it again soon!

We had a great time on our food tour. Between the four of us in our group, we have been to the island anywhere from 5 to 12 times and each place was new to us. We always try to go local when we visit and each of the stops was new to us, all with different options than we have tried in the past. Would highly recommend this tour to see a more authentic side to Cozumel!
Gerry was our guide and we had the BEST time. Aside from scuba diving, this is the most fun we have had in Cozumel. Getting to eat and learn about all sorts of local food that we never would have found otherwise - it was incredible. Gerry was phenomenal and took such good care of us. He taught us about traditional dishes and foods. It was so wonderful, I can’t stop thinking about it. Highly, highly recommend. Worth every penny.
Gerry led our group of ten on, what for us, was the best excursion during our 14 day Western Caribbean cruise. We traveled to several wonderful family run restaurants, a local food marketplace, and ended at a wonderful bakery via a comfortable taxi-van. We tasted authentic, local dishes that we'd never have had the opportunity to try during the course of a few hours. Gerry was a wealth of knowledge on the cuisine and the proprietors were very welcoming and proud of their special dishes. Everyone agreed on the excellent value of the entertaining, tasty, and very safe tour.
Found this food tour through trip advisor and contacted the company via email - they were extremely responsive, kind, and provided clear instructions for what to expect and how to get to/from the food tour meeting spot. Our guide was very knowledgeable and made this food tour worth every penny. Highly recommend if you’re into a delicious food adventure and getting away from the touristy areas on the island.
