Incredible experience, it is what you would imagine a Planet Hollywood hotel to be. The hotel has only been open for 2 months (opened Jan. 31) so there are still some minor finishing touches but the large majority of the hotel is there. A great balance for families and adults allowing each to their own. There are enough activities so you can always be entertained, and not a huge amount you feel overwhelmed. All staff is extremely friendly and helpful and are bilingual. Shout out to the entertainment team, always a tough job to hype up the party...great chatting with Selza and Stephanie.

Brand new family friendly and adult section resort. Feel like a star in star class room category. Great ambiance, lots of fun activities, movie theater on site, spacious and comfortable rooms. Staff are courteous and helpful. Lazy river, water slides, burger joint. There's something for everyone. Safety conscious. Great place to go relax and enjoy with family and friends.

Nice place. All the facilities needed for party type vacation. Family side and Adult section. Currently being mixed a bit as some buildings are closed. All inclusive, but be sure to bring all the stuff you need for fun in the sun. Sunscreen and sunglasses... Very expensive! The sun is VERY strong here.

Beautiful place! All the staff are so welcoming and for the most part so are the visitors, there's always those one or two miserable, racist wives...but all in all a great time! Lots of entertainment, different food choices, great drinks! Some of the items are a little pricey but not OD! Hector was by FAR the best in field of hospitality and might I add his drinks were too notch! He should really manage the place! I loved my room but I tell you, I didn't spend much time in it! For a new resort this place was amazing. I cannot imagine what it'll be like 3-4 months down the road. The only thing that took me by surprise was the kids i saw there. The resorts advertises as adult only...but that's not completely true.... One side of the resort is for adults only and the other side is for family. This wasn't a bother though because for the most the kids stay on their side.... Planet Hollywood was amazing...can't wait to return!

Absolutely Beautiful Resort! Service was impressive, food delicious, pools large with plenty of options, luxurious rooms, and solid nightly entertainment. We enjoyed all the restaurants. Our favorite was the Japanese, then the steak and Indian restaurant. But we also enjoyed the Italian restaurant and burger place. Surprisingly, the mexican restaurant was our least favorite. Kids hit the coffee shop daily and ordered to go pizzas to eat by the pool. The buffet also had a good variety. The bars had yummy drinks and fun bartenders! Mini golf on site was a nice touch too. The beaches were beautiful and kept up. Room key is on your wrist bracelet, which is a rope and an oval metal medallion. This is a lot nicer than the plastic bracelets. However, they falls off easily and they do charge you if you lose it. So keep tying it daily! The resort is very modern and hip. You are about 45 minutes from the airport. You are not near the hotel strip, so it is not a location that allows easy options to go explore. But we enjoyed, being away from it all! We stayed on the family side and in building 29. It was a perfect location to be near it all and still have an ocean view! It would be nice to have a few more activities for teens or a teen dance club on site. We traveled with another family and we all enjoyed the resort. The resort was not crowded at all. So that was also nice! The service and staff were amazing! We loved the ph experience!

If I could give this 10 stars, I would! The resort is gorgeous and has all the amenities one could ask for. The food was great. Our favorite was East. We chose to do the upgraded swim up room which was well worth it. The views were directly right out to the beach and still private. The main thing that made this stay the best, was the staff! Everyone we encountered was so happy and friendly and genuinely happy to serve us. At our favorite bar near the Star Class Lounge Nester and Luis were fantastic! At East dining Miguel provided 5-star service. At the breakfast Buffet, Victor took excellent care of us. I went to the spa twice and had Suemy and she was incredible! I hope PH pays these people well, they deserve it! We will be back soon :)
