Absolutely incredible resort. The hospitality was awesome. The service was great and the private beach really made our stay even better. Just a short 35 min cab ride from the airport. This place is one of the nicest places I've ever stayed at. Can't wait to visit the Cancun area again and stay with them. The room was spacious and private jacuzzi really made it that much more pleasant. My only complaint was there was no Jacuzzis in the main pool area. Other than that 5 stars!

Loved my stay here! For my birthday week, I was treated so well and a cabana was set up for me by the men around the pool and the beach service was amazing! Vega, Johnny, and Carlos made sure that we were always comfortable and happy. I would recommend staying at this resort and I look forward to coming back again. The food was amazing, the rooms were comfortable and very accessible. Very COVID safe!! THANK YOU MAJESTIC ELEGANCE FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND!

New resort that opened when covid started. Lots of new employees since going to 60% occupancy a few weeks ago. If you are patient and understand that this place is amazing. Steakhouse was amazing. Poolside service was constantly keeping our glasses full. Plunge pool room was great but you do need to make sure you get a hold of your butler your first day. They make things easier with reservations and any other problems you may have.

I love this beautiful family friendly resort, the experience starts from the lobby, beautiful architecture, grand stairway perfect for your group pics. Nicely decorated and well apportioned rooms. Cooking classes, scrumptious meals at the restaurant. The rooftop terrace room view is breathtaking. Very spacious hallways. U will enjoy Ur time at the resort.

Our week long stay at the Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres was nothing short of amazing. The room, pools, and private beach are absolutely stunning and made us feel so comfortable during our stay. However, what truly made our stay perfect was the phenomenal staff. From the moment we exited our taxi to the moment we departed we had the attention and care of a member of the team at all times. There are so many folks to thank: Gabriel, Luis, and Jesus from the Flavors restaurant, Maria and Susana who take great pride in hosting at all the restaurants, our amazing butler turned friend Leon, Paola the lovely general manager, Tony at the beach club, Carmen who will guide you through the best workout of your life, and Cruz who without a doubt makes the best chicken tenders I’ve ever had. The list definitely goes on and on and I genuinely thank all the amazing friends we made here during our stay. This resort truly is majestic, but the team makes it magical.

Me and my wife had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for about 5 days and it was one of the best experiences. I would like to thank the entire staff for taking so much care of us especially Cassandra in public relations. She is an extremely kind and caring individual and was available to us for all our needs even with some of my wife's health issues that we happened to deal with there. Very special thanks to her as well as Carlos who was great as well. I really recommend this hotel in its entirety, from the food to the pools, to the cleaniness and the gorgeous views within our rooms, and the entertainment with the amazing performers. I cannot have a single complaint! We loved it so much that my son just booked a trip right after my stay and I am sure he is going to have the time of his life just as we did! This hotel was an experience that I would gladly relive and revisit again!

Amazing family vacation spot! The Mexican Restaurant is by far the best food and service(go figure). It was such a great meal my nephew 17 asked to meet the chief, and she actually came out. Also Falcon the do it all man at the resort is awesome. One minute he is doing games at the pool or beach the next he is the MC at the nightly shows.

Had a SUPER TIME!!! Super clean Palace. Amazing rooms with amazing views. Humberto our waiter was Tha MAN!!! TIP well is my advise Roger In the afternoon for Lunch. Made the best Minute Steaks!! Lots of things to do outside the Hotel. Never a Dull moment.
