This review is for the bank inside this store (Esta revisión es para el banco dentro de esta tienda).... Absolutely the most horrible experience visiting this bank today. I am visiting Guadalajara from Chicago and don’t know much Spanish. I had to collect a Western Union payment sent by my business partner in California. Throughout my 15 minute ordeal dealing with an uncivilized, tacky customer representative, I was felt utterly humiliated and embarrassed as she and her 3 other male coworkers kept on laughing at my attempt to translate Spanish/English on my phone’s app. I am a well-traveled individual, having visited over 50 countries across the world; never have I been subjected to such blatant incivility and disrespect. Absolutamente la experiencia más horrible visitando este banco hoy. Estoy visitando Guadalajara desde Chicago y no sé mucho español. Tuve que cobrar un pago de Western Union enviado por mi socio comercial en California. A lo largo de mi terrible experiencia de 15 minutos con un representante de cliente incrédulo y malhumorado, me sentí completamente humillada y avergonzada mientras ella y sus otros 3 compañeros de trabajo se reían de mi intento de traducir español/inglés en la aplicación de mi teléfono. Soy una persona muy transitada, que visitó más de 50 países en todo el mundo; Nunca he sido sometido a una incivilidad y falta de respeto tan flagrantes.
