This is an old school Jazz Club! It is located in the basement of a building built in 1936 designed by a US Art Deco architect. The food is really good and the music is even better! If you have a taste for Jazz in Mexico City (or the world) I would strongly recommend this place!

Great jazz club, the best in Mexico City in terms of music. Good variety of food and drinks. Cover must be paid in cash. Reservations are almost always mandatory - if you don't have one, your only shot is the cancellation line. Check lineup in advance online.

Great Jazz club in the historical district, if you’re looking for something different. It is very authentic. It’s also a great place to bring a date on the first night.

The best jazz club you can attend in downtown mexico city, cozy yet with great acoustics and gigs and at a reasonable price. I like to go but I have not been there lately. Used to be the vault for a bank and the vault doors can still be seen on the way to the restroom. Good classic cocktails too and a pretty old fashioned hardwood bar.
