Is there a “-0” star review??? Please do not do it! ... IT’S THE WORST WORST AIRLINE EVER!!! Don’t fly with them! They are absolutely a nightmare! Our flight Tijuana/Mexico was delayed 3 hours and no body would say anything! No one around to help or who to ask about our flight....Mexico/Tijuana delayed again 4 hours!!! Really??? All they said is it’s delayed because of the weather! But Volaris airline was right on time!! Same direction Mexico/Tijuana so what is the deal here??? No one around to help with questions all they said they can’t do anything about it! The plane is uncomfortable, non reclining seats, dirty seats, they’re flying crew was not helpful at all. NEVER ever flying again in this airline. First and last!! Very upset! My experience was the worst ever!

Initially a really good deal, however, how they make their money is off of all the “extra” services that you normally would already get with other airlines like AeroMexico. No free water. Do not wait to change anything at the counter or the costs will be 2-3 times what it was online. Check in lines are extremely long and backed up, and the “VIP” line to drop off your bags is a lie as everyone else is in the same line. Best to go with another, larger and more reputable airline.

Booked online and didn't assign a seat so therefore I couldn't check in online and when I got to the airport they said I had to be there 2 hour's prior to check in at counter. I couldn't board and no refund. That's not all as they have a lot of hidden fees wich I didn't like in the first place. So my first and last time I will book flights with vivaaerobus, I will go with something reliable. NOT RECOMMENDING!!

My outgoing flight was awesome. But in a pandemic overserving alcohol to passenger is not a good idea. My return flight was disorganized and it reminded me why Viva is so cheap. Get it together, Viva.

Mexican airline leaving an American stranded in Mexico City!!!!! I bought my boarding pass and I was inside the departure flight zone, about to board at the gate and apparently I didnt check in at the counter before going thru security. My question is: how did I go thru security if I didnt check in...? They couldnt give me an answer and deliberately made me lose my flight. They didnt provide a replacement either because I "missed" my flight. If I had the option to give negative feedback I would. Be sure I wont be flying with them anymore!
