I hate to give this place two stars but I have to. When we arrived the ambiance was cute with the waitress and waiter dressed cute. We were seated by a nice hostess and we were served by a lady who was doing an ok job. She wasn't as attentive as we liked. We ordered our drinks and that came out good. The girls ordered their food and the waitress forgot to take my order which was crazy. I finally ordered the fajita and sangria. The sangria was good but when my fajita came out it was cold so had to send it back. I had to wait forever for a new plate. The girls did not like their food at all. They wasted a lot of it. When my fajitas came back out it was good and very filling. I was looking forward to good food and time but we ended up at this spot for over three hours barely able to eat and enjoy.

While I’ve had better Mexican food in my life, the live music, open air environment, the location, staff, drinks, and the Guacamole make this place 5 stars for sure. Came here 4 times on our 1 week trip to Cancun!
Food was good, but the service was terrible. It literally took 30 minutes before we were even served water. We had to ask twice. And another 45 minutes before food was served. When the bill came, which took another 20 minutes, the server decided to tip himself 15% automatically which was ridiculous. If you want to waste your time, go right ahead here.
