Great place for authentic Peruvian food. I went with a Peruvian friend and she says the food here is very authentic. Amazing quality as well, and don't forget to try an authentic Peruvian beer.

THEY TRIED TO SCAM US We went to this place for rooftop drinks. It seemed like a cool bar, lovely setting with great DJs and music. The drinks menu was a bit limited (example - several champagnes but no white or red wine). So at first it seemed great and we were having some relaxed drinks there. The problem came at the end of the night when the waiter started enthusiastically encouraging us to have one more round of drinks before we closed our tab. He individually told 3 of us that he would do us a special deal on drinks on our last round - charging only 200 pesos for 3 drinks. He then billed this upfront, closed off our tab and walked off. The scam was that (when we flagged him down to ask about the ‘one last round of drinks’) he claimed we had misunderstood and we had been talking about his tip. The 3 of us all speak Spanish, weren’t drunk and he had enthusiastically conveyed through his body language that we should get ‘one last round’ several times to all 3 of us AND we had clarified the deal with him including the cost per drink. We demanded the extra money back which resulted in a long drawn out discussion between our waiter and the manager. The editor attempted to bring some (not all) of the money back but we made it clear that wasn’t acceptable. We did eventually get all the extra money back for the ‘last round’. It’s a real shame as it’s a nice setting and I see the restaurant seems to usually be good quality. Unfortunately it is NEVER acceptable to scam your customers for your own benefit. If you want to try Peruvian food or rooftop bars in Mexico City please look for a well reviewed alternative. ***Es una estafa***

A very nice and cozy place. They have live music each Friday and Saturday after 9pm (ask for a table on the terrace, where the music is played)

It is an excellent Peruvian food ! Its not so expensive and sometimes there are some special offers so you can try more than one dish at a very good price! Also chocolate cake with Lucuma Ice cream is an excellent option!!

I've decided to change my rating as my last experience was extremely poor. The food is just no way near as good as it was. Everything was overcooked and tasteless. I ordered the seco de res and the coriander sauce was appalling as it was the meat that came with it. Definitely not going back.

Fairly authentic but mild and creamy textures. They have all the basics but no olluco.

Best leche de tigre. Never full, tho. Terrace is sunny and warm.
