True Dutch experience in Mexico City! As Dutchies we really fancied bitterballen and they're spot on! Have some after work with some mustard and pretend to be in Rotterdam... ;) Also tried the vegan ones, they're amazing! The owners are awesome, take their food and Covid safety seriously and the service is perfect. Definitely recommend!

Delicious and truely authentic Dutch poffertjes! As a Belgian person living in Mexico, I do know quite a bit about Dutch food culture and I must say these poffertjes might have been the best ones I have ever had. I would also highly recommend the fried snacks they sell (can be eaten on the spot or bought frozen to eat at home). I tried the kaaskroketten and bitterballen (all home-made!) which were amazing.

Best Dutch snacks in town! A variety of sweet and savory authentic bites, some even with a Mexican twist. Definately worth a try!

Incredible desserts and delicious coffee!! The poffertjes (mini hot cakes) are heavenly! They have a light, spongy texture that will make you go back for sure! The truck is too cute and the couple who runs it is super nice and thoughtful! Definitely my go to for a sweet craving!

Bitterballen Review They come in very attractive, ecological packaging, 10 to a packet. They come deep frozen. There was a lovely note in the bag thanking me for my purchase. The Bitterballen are like little croquettes and must be deep fried for best results. They are very tasty. The outside has a crunchy, delicate breading. The insides are filled with shredded meat in a thick roux sauce. The meat is very finely shredded and has a lovely subtle, savory taste of nutmeg. I fried mine directly from the freezer and they could probably use a little defrosting before cooking. They are well made and do not taste greasy, even after the oil bath. I love trying food from different countries and it was a lot of fun to try these.

Ok. Poffertjes should be cooked a bit longer were quite pale. But overall it was tasty.
