INTRARE - La Incubadora de Trabajo para Refugiados y Retornados offers an innovative model to create autonomy for migrants. We are an incubator for refugees, returnees and deportees in Mexico that accelerates their economic and social inclusion in the society. Our programme develops abilities by connecting migrants with mentors, training them on integration, career development and working culture, and by connecting them with great employers and buddies in their new workplace. In INTRARE we believe that the talent of migrants is of great potential to countries like Mexico, where each year an estimated 500,000 people arrive through the southern border. That is why we also study the perceptions on the impact of immigration and the real effects it has on the society and state. We want to promote public knowledge of the consequences of migration and foster a positive debate on how societies can deal with new members.
