Our experience in Garum was impressed. The food was creative, beautiful and delicious. A truly wonderful meal. The chef sent us specially and great experience. The service was incredible too much attention. Thanks! We will be back!

Came in with a lot of expectations and Garum mostly met all of them. The food is up there with Michelin-star restaurants I've dined at in the past. Very affordable, at 75USD per person for a 5-course tasting menu. The dishes are all quite good but only one of them — lobster bisque -like concoction with chicharron and a fake corn that's actually... popcorn-infused butter? — made me feel like in heaven. Given the quality and attention to details in food, I was surprised that their cocktails didn't quite live up to the level. Not even a garnish, no interesting amaros or specialty cocktails, no advanced cocktail techniques. I think that's something they could work on. Otherwise, would gladly come back — the food, the impeccable service, the value, Garum has got it all.
