I visited the studio a few times while passing through Mexico City. I had the best workouts in months at F45, as the interval training circuits are well-crafted and the equipment is good. The staff are all super friendly and knowledgeable, and the music added a nice touch. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a solid fitness community in CDMX

Is a nice concept, and the type of training is very fun. It is also really organized given that there are many screens showing you the exercises that you need to do. However, if you like heavier trainings (e.g. crossfit) you need to push yourself in F45 to get the same intensity
