While the ambience and location could be more welcoming, we were really excited when this place first opened, as there is finally a gyros place in Roma/Condesa worth going to. Both the lamb/beef and chicken gyros have excellent seasoning, and the souvlaki plates rival the places we used to go to in New York. This place also seems to understand that "fresh" vegetables means crispy vegetables, and "cooked" vegetables means there is still something to bite into when it comes off the grill. That means that whatever you order will be good from start to finish, unlike many restaurants in this neighborhood. My only complaint about the food is that one sometimes wishes the portions were slightly larger. The staff is always friendly, although we haven't interacted with them much recently, as now we usually order takeout.

My souvlaki cerdero pita wrap had freshly cooked lamb and bell peppers. The sauce tasted especially savory. My friend thought his pork souvlaki tasted dry though.

I have ordered from them twice. The food is good, but they should maybe put the peppers on the side so they do not make the bread soggy for the chicken pita. I would have given 4 stars, but was sadly disappointed last night in my falafel. Their falafel is not good at, a goey, raw, soggy mess, not sure if the oil was not hot and the falafel was not cooked or if they are just terrible. They also should make a proper greek salad with cucumbers, peppers, tomato, onion and feta, that would go nicely with their offerings, the green salad was just mediocre, not made with love. I am now scared of ordering again....I may if I am craving a pita, I would hope the owner will read my review and work on improving, because, I do see potential.

Great Greek food although it tends to get crowded at evening on Sundays. But it's delicious!
