Wow. Hot and cold chocolate, sourced from the owners family farm in Tabasco, Mexico. Fermented, roasted, ground and made to perfection. A cold frothy ice chocolate, or hot mixed with espresso. An assortment of cooking chocolate to take with, from 55 to 100%.

My boyfriend and I did a chocolate course here and loved it! We learnt about the history of chocolate in Mexican culture and then got to make some of our own. Definitely recommend!

Flor, the owner, taught a class on chocolate here with interpretation service of Tlayudona. Excellent orientation in the history of chocolate, significance in the culture, and special chocolate confections for Dia De Los Muertos. Well worth a visit.
