If you are considering NovaLaser at any of the locations, please run - and run fast! I made the awful mistake of paying for a complete 9-session package upfront in order to receive a discount. In the first photo you can see how they have burned my legs (the picture is only of my thighs, but the marks cover my legs completely). In the second photo you can see my legs exactly 12 weeks later. They are still scarred. Even worse than the pervasive burn marks is the NovaLaser service. After they burned me, it took them nearly 4.5 hours to respond with a doctor's appointment. The doctor gave me a cream and told me that I would be healed in 2 weeks. After 2 months of living with the burn marks, I asked for an another appointment with the doctor. My messages were read and ignored. I waited and waited to no avail. Eventually, I messaged another number and was able to meet with the doctor. She evaluated me this past Monday and promised that I would be sent yet another cream on Tuesday. I didn't receive it until Friday afternoon yet without instructions. The medicine is different than what I was originally prescribed on Monday and now, I don't know what to do with it. It has been a week since I met with the doctor, and my scars have made no progress. I am devastated that I paid them in full because I truly think they're ignoring me on purpose. They said I cannot be treated until my legs are healed, yet they have not offered to refund me. It seems they simply plan to keep my money. For all readers, this is my FIRST review of any organization ever. I am not one to jeopardize a business as it is someone's livelihood. That being said, I am a 25-year old woman with burn marks up and down her legs and the constant stress of having to communicate with NovaLaser; I would never want this to happen to anyone else. Please, I beg you to consider any other company than this one.

No quiero ir a una empresa donde NO TIENEN LAS MEDIDAS DE SANIDAD, empresa fraudulenta que no paga a sus empleadas cuando las despide, si no cuidan a su persona dudo mucho que lo hagan con sus clientas y que asco que por ahorrarse unos pesos denigren a mujeres de esa manera.
