Although the server totally forgot about us and didn't offer the menu, at the end we loved the place. We were directed to the table and asked about our preferred drinks, she delivered the drinks and never came back for about 20 minutes. Then we got mad and I asked for the check to leave and go to another place,.. Then the manager immediately new there was something wrong and came to our table with the server and asked what happened, I told her we were waiting for so long and no one came to give us the menu. They both sincerely apologized and explained that after the COVID19 they had to change several rules and they were still getting adapted to all those changes, so it was a very inconvenient mistake they did. They were very kind, very honest and empathic trying to make us feel understanded. We finally stayed at the place and we had an amazing breakfast. All the food was exceptional, delicious and with a home style. Music was on and videos were playing all over the place.. Juan Gabriel's scenario was amazing.. But specially the Customer Service was amazing, they new how to treat a customer after making a mistake,.. They new how to fix a problem and how to treat a customer. I Loved That!!!! It is amazing to receive such a great customer service! Definitely will come back soon.

Todo esta muy bien. Precio, sazon, atenciones, ubicacion, lo malo es que los omelettes se cobran aparte, que es eso ??? Ahhh y que el menudo sea diario. Por fas!!!
