Best place for tux rental and the staff is very Professional
like
They Really need to work on their Costumer Service Skills, they are very rude and they need more reps...they are always bussy. Make sure you specify what you need cause apparently for us , it was not enough to point on the suit that we wanted...we needed to be extremely specific on what we wanted...so our suit did not had the vest since we did not voice it ( that is what they said) ( why will you won't want the vest) ...we only point at the displayed suit which aboviosly had a bow and a vest and all the horns and whistles that a suit have...we assumed that if you point at a suit, that is what you get but apparently not the case in casa blanca... I would recommend it if there is no other options...there is another place across from them...maybe they will be better.
Would give it 0 stars if possible. Worst custumer service ever!! Be very specific on what you want on your tuxedo apparently you pointing at the one you want is not enough they said we didn't asked for the vest on the tuxedo why would we not wanted :/ Measurements were sooo off, tuxedos are dirty, old with loose buttons or broken zippers. No bathroom facilities for their customers what a joke!! But yes you get what you pay for!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! De lo peor servicio al cliente, sea muy especifico cuando escoja su traje si no le van a decir que usted no pidio moño, corbata oh chaleco. Trajes estan viejos, sucios con botones flojos oh zippers quebrados. Y ultimo no dejan a sus propios clientes usar el baño que descaro!! Definitivamente NO RECOMENDADO!!
