We booked through a third company before reading any reviews. After googling this company (ies), I became worried that we have made a mistake. I attempted to contact them via the email they provided to confirm our transfers, they never replied. I guess it's true that people usually only write about bad experiences. We did not have any issues with our transfers from the airport and back. We will be using this company (ies) again.

Paid for private SUV for round trip. Upon arrival driver left and we were given a van. Upon departure 40 mins late for pick up again no private SUV. Booked through Expedia, will not use service again.

Don't buy a round trip to "save up to 40%" off. They don't come to pick you up at the hotel. They give you a number and an e-mail address, neither of which they answer. They charge you twice as much for your ride from the airport to your hotel, then quote you a reasonable price for your return ride back to the airport. So you pay 3x the price for them to take you to the hotel and then they will not pick you up ever again. So you get to pay once more for a real taxi service to take you back to the airport. Go through your hotel to get your transportation from the airport. Supershuttle is a scam. I wish I had read these reviews prior to me falling for the scam that they are doing hundreds of times each day.

I booked a taxi from Cancun Airport on booking com and we were assigned to this company. I read here so many bad reviews and got really worried about my transfer. But there were no problems at all. Upon arrival to Cancún we were greeted with smile by the guy in blue t shirt. He was very helpful and friendly. Our group was arriving in two different terminals and he managed to arrange pick up from both terminals. We didnt need to wait anything (like previous reviews mentioned) and we got our car immediately. Driver was professional. Highly recommended.

The Five Star Nomad

We booked a round trip from Cancun Airport to Playa Del Carmen. The supershuttle / yellow transfers booth being in the domestic arrivals hall, we thought they must be a reliable company. Wrong. The ride down was fine, despite the driver rather cheekily asking us to buy him a red bull because he was (worryingly) working through the previous night. The ride back however didn’t show at the agreed pickup time of 2.30pm. Cue calls to the three numbers they provided - plus a 4th from google - all of which went unanswered. The driver finally showed at 3pm, just as we were booking a taxi, before proceeding to explain why it was his company’s fault and not his. Oh, and side note, if you’re a driver really wanting to earn a tip after that, you might think about offering to help load a bag or two into the car. Bottom line: I would never use Supershuttle again.

My review was deleted. writing again. Juan the manager Biggest liar and never refunded my money. they lie up anything in order to trick you. do not believe a word or prepay anything. THE WORST! AVOID ALL Yellow Transfers everywhere you see them! used taxi and payed extra in order to catch my flight. driver didnt bother to get out the car go up 3 steps and ring the bell of my room. he drove away! and didnt bother

OMG! The worst travel experience of my life. I paid for a round trip to and from the airport. They DID NOT pick me up at my hotel and suggested I take a taxi which I paid for as well. I not only triple paid what the cost should have been, but it made my travel morning and absolute nightmare. Why is this company still operating!? I demanded my money refunded but they just directed me to an email address. Wow. I feel so taken advantage of! I am hoping my credit card refunds me at least half the cost.

Worst service ever! When we called to confirm our return to the airport in Cancun. We were Informed that we no-showed. This is impossible because we are holding a ticket that says our departure is tomorrow. We purchased our return at the same time we purchased our transport upon arrival. Clearly when the data was entered they entered the wrong date. Their customer service department said that our return must have been for January 2018, but we purchased on December 16, 2018. When asked how they will resolve their error they told us to pay for different transport and find someone to fight with arriving at the airport. We will have to pay twice for the same service. Clearly, we will never use this company again and advise all of our future guests at our rental to never use them either.
