I highly recommend this ferry. They are doing a great job with Covid guidelines. fair prices. They are punctual. Live music. AC. Modern and clean.

Foreign Tourists have to pay 380MXN . Fist time to get a ticket at the counter by credit card, it copied “398 MXN was paid”... I think it’s so better to buy it online.

Super fast trip to the island! Nice ride, but they can work at the organization of returning passengers. We had to wait on the wrong line foe 30 min before we realized it is not our fault. Little bit more attention to ticket check.

Very efficient Ferry. I suggest buying your tickets when you get there. We bought round trip tickets because we were just spending the day there but you can bring luggage on the boat and get a hotel on the island. Ferries are supposed to run every half hour.

Acceptable prices for sea ferry tickets, great live music on most trips and refreshments available for purchase. A great and exciting experience on a beautiful January day, whether ferrying to Cozumel from Playa Del Carmen, or to Isla Mujeres from Cancún.
