Worst company! My parcel is sitting 8 hours from where I sent it (2 weeks ago) They gave some BS excuse saying because it's not a residential address (its my friends work address). Get your act together! Pathetic

Not a serious carrier at all. They don't communicate effectively with each other and the customer is the one who gets affected by their lack of professional ethics and commitment. The worst carrier of all bad carriers in Mexico.

No avisan ni el día ni la hora de la entrega. Esperan que uno esté en casa 24 horas toda la semana. NO contestan ni uno de los diferentes teléfonos para preguntar cual día regresan. Es un pésimo servicio que me dan ya la segunda vez. Por eso voy a dejar de comprar en internet en tiendas que usan esa paquetería.

Mal servicio cobran muy caro y tarda mucho en llegar los paquetes por 30 pesos mas lo envías por dhl y llega al día siguiente definitivamente no utilizen esta paqueteria no es para nada barata y tampoco tienen buen servicio ni las direcciones ni teléfonos coinciden es de lo peorrrr
