So let's get to the bottom of this Skip the salad bar it's pretty bad ... Definitely wouldn't recommend the fries/wedges Either they were cold and the corn was cold too .. But definitely wait for the cut meats They come to your table and serve you Also the attitude of the waiters could definitely be a lot better but over all would i recommend this ... Sort of.. If your into cut meats. If your not then it's just a really bad buffet a In my opinion. And the deserts were ok I've had worse But it's nothing to fancy.
A real review Went with a group of 8 on a Friday night. We’ve been to Brazilian many times in other countries. Variety of meats was fantastic, in fact, better than other countries. But here is the trick - you have to carefully review the long list of cuts, and ask for the best ones. Don’t forget Tomahawk, Filet Mignon and Lamb. They bring out everything but don’t be shy to ask. Service was outstanding. Their version of pineapple was just ok though. You don’t need the buffet - stick to the meats. Oh, and the location on the hotel strip charges 100 pesos more per person than the downtown location; go downtown. We also got “robbed” on the way downtown - our taxi, according to official rates, charged us 400 pesos plus 5% for Visa. This city hates tourists and really needs Uber - the unions are killing this city.
I really enjoy the meat selection. My personal favorites were the octopus, beef tongue, beef intestine, and Picana. Grilled shrimp is very flavorful. The chicken heart has a strong smell. Maybe marinate with some cooking wine? I thought the price Vs food offered is very good. Not all food are great but there are good ones and everything seems fresh. The service is friendly as well. The reason I took out one star is I feel like restaurant at this price point should consider including water for free. It seems unreasonable no drinks, even water, were included.
Great experience in Cancun but Covid restrictions were in place so we each got our own server to load up our plate! the concierge parking out in front and the waiter bent over backwards to keep our plates and drinks full
