Most important to note is our guide Raul was AMAZING. Nestor, our boat captain was neatly professional and helpful as well. The experience was all around amazing. Found keeping in contact with Julio that he kept a very fast but useful response to any of our booking, reservation and general questions too. He kept us updated after our trip got postponed a couple of months. The whale sharks we got to see was incredible. So many too, there was around 80-100 whale sharks of all ages to see and swim around. HIGHLY request that you go on a tour to see whale sharks with this wonderful operation.

An excellent experience with super staff. Unfortunately we did not see any whale sharks today, we did however stop to see 3/4 manta rays which was a great experience in itself. After the searching we then went to a reef for some snorkeling, which was unexpected but amazing. Great even without the sharks.

There are many companies to chose from for swimming with the whale sharks. I wanted to ensure we had a good experience. I took the time to look for the best ratings and read the reviews. I narrowed it down to 3 and then emailed them to ensure we would see whale sharks. Julio responded quickly and had the best responses to my questions. I am glad I chose them. Isaac and Cindi were amazing hosts and know their whale sharks. We found them pretty quickly and each group of two got 3 times to swim with the sharks. The boat was clean and the food was good. Make sure you bring money to tip as it is not included. I highly recommend Mexico Whale Shark! Thank you Julio, Isaac, and Cindi for an amazing experience!

THIS TOUR IS EPIC, A ONCE IN A LIFETIME, BUCKET LIST MUST, We wanted an experience with the whale sharks and this company was amazing. The communication with Julio to get set up was wonderful, and then they accommodated our large group on 2 boats with two very kind and knowledgeable guides and boat captains. Everyone was patient and made the whole experience very awesome. We had an amazing trip with more than 60 whales the day was epic, unreal, and very meaningful. Don't miss this tour!!

I would like to thank Sindy and Isaac for a wonderful trip (July 11, July 13). Truly responsive to the needs of the passengers, well informed, and all around pleasant to be near. Actually, we scheduled a second tour because we had so much fun on the first one. Pickup from hotel was on time. Light bread(cake), melon and juice were served at the dock. We arrived where the whale sharks were feeding on plankton after about an hour boat ride. We were able to swim with 50, 60 or more, so many who knows how many were there, and wow do the giant fish get up close and personal. Freaking amazing. We have so many photos its insane. Note to self: If using a gopro, make sure its recording before you enter the water. Once your in the water, pay close attention to Sindy, she can see the Whale Sharks coming, and can direct you to the best position possible to see them. My wife actually got nudged by one of the whale sharks. On the way back, we had lunch (if your vegetarian or have special needs, let them know ahead of time, so they can accommodate). Then had some swim time and cerviche'. Pro tips: #1- If you know that you have tendency to be sea sick, take a Dramamine the night before, and another about an hour before your trip. You will be going out a good distance, the boat is pretty stable. If you take Dramamine once your on the water its too late. #2- The sunnier the day, the more active the whale sharks are. #3-pay attention while your in the water and swim quickly. Whale sharks don't look like they are moving very fast until they are right beside you. #4-you can rent a gopro and take the card home with you Again we had 2 most awesome trips and would most certainly go again.
