Punta Norte provides this excursion in Viator. From the transport to the activities, I recommend this service. We had a good time, was picked up on time, early, from hotel, once there were taken very good care of. Parasailing is very fun, and relaxing. I’m afraid of heights and I wasn’t scared at all, plus they dipped us in the warm ocean, it was awesome! Highly recommend. Jet skis are fun but scary, exhilarating, you should be very careful or you could lose control, but highly worth it for the . I would go again and use this company too, very professional.

We just returned from staying at at the TRS Coral on our first day arriving there we were approached by Marco who works at Marina Punta Norte asking if we wanted to take an excursion. At the time we said that we were interested. We did not give a credit card or anything however, the next day we met up with him out by the pool and told him that we wanted to cancel. He said we had to give him our ticket he had given us. Being our first day at the resort with excitement we could not find the ticket he had given us! He told us that we could not cancel unless we found the ticket. We continually explained that we had searched and could not find the ticket and requested we would need to see his manager. We would run into him every day at our pool and he would say the same thing literally badgering us that we could not cancel until we found the ticket and we never gave him a credit card or anything. On our last day at check out the resort said that our room was being billed 350 for the excursion that we took. Marco is very unprofessional and a bully and I would never book anything with him it was a very bad experience! Of course we did not pay... never took an excursion with the company! Be careful!
We did the Reef, Musa, Turtle Encounter And Shipwreck Cancun Snorkeling Tour today and it was great! Very professional and friendly staff, clean and safe location and equipment, no pressure to buy photos. Really good value for money... would gladly do it again and highly recommend.
Parasailing was awesome! They wanted us to pay 90 for the pictures though, which we felt was way too much for 8 minutes of parasailing (especially on top of the other fees). We also waited around for awhile after we were done because our transport wasn’t ready. The staff was somewhat helpful, but didn’t really tell us what was going on. They kind of just rushed us through the process and they we ended up just sitting on a bench for a while. The views though were beautiful! We would definitely recommend parasailing, but maybe not here.
This place has terrible service! We paid a price with one company when we got there they charged us an extra 10 for docking fee! Like why are we paying a dock fee and we are not docking a boat. Then!! We were told everything was paid for when we got to the place they told us it would be and extra 15 dollars more per person. Which is 25 dollars we did not expect to pay while the amount seems very small it’s the point that it’s not what we were told. It was very upsetting to say the least very dishonest. Would 100% not recommend.
