Awesome time! The crew from the Antonio catamaran were very hospitable and accommodating. Totally recommend the booking vacation tour in Cancun. For once we totally forgot we were living with Covid.

Definitely worth the ride. Had fun there and back. And they took care of me when the waves got to rocking and motion sickness kicked in. Thanks fellas!

People are just \ money\ for them! Not one but 2 ladies that were working there after checked our ticket with the name of our boat for the tour sent us in an outside waiting place when actually we were suppose to go on the boat! If we wouldn't asked someone else after 5 minutes we would have lost our trip! It was a deception the trip for the Isla Mujeres, especially the trip made on the island with a golf car, for wich we paid 35 more, and also the place choosed for the snorkeling! You feel all the time, everywhere they take you that the dollar sign is on your face!!

My wife and I took a catamaran tour to Island de Mujures on Jan. 7th,2021. The guide immediately upon meeting us at our hotel's private pier asked for an additional 35 extra to take his own golf cart tour once we arrived at the island and we said we were not interested in that tour we wanted to see the island ourselves. He then made fun of me for being a white man from the United States by using slang words in Spanish when referring to me. He was unaware I speak Spanish as well. For the first 1/2 hour he only spoke Spanish when referring to instructions and so forth. He completely ignored us until I tipped one of the boat crew for bringing my wife a drink. Once I did that he began to speak English as well. We were told we cannot leave the beach club on the island unless we attended \his\ additional golf cart tour. We had to sit at the beach resort for 1.5 hours and after that he said we all were going to the north end of the island to shop for approx. 2 hours. He then adjusted the time when we arrived to only 45 minutes which allowed us not time to sight see the island or even leave the pier shops which were all set up to take advantage of tourists and get them drunk, when it was told us by the booking agent that we would have 3 hours to see the island on our own. The entire tour was set up just to take our money with additional charges as he personally walked my wife and I into the pier shops and paraded us as wealthy so the pushy merchants would swarm us. The boat was the Samba 1 and when we filed a formal complaint saying the company failed to give us the tour promised, they did nothing to resolve the issue. We will never use their services. Beware, use another company.
