Art Deco Suites

I was surprised at how grimy everything looked. Nasty even. The operating room had filth on the walls and looked in dire need of a professional cleaning . I understand that it is not a top hospital, but it should at the least be spotlessly clean. The base boards are dirty and streaked with paint. All in all, pretty 3rd world and unclean.
