Great experience! The level of service you receive here is amazing. We felt like we had our own personal crew taking care of our every need. We truly felt like royalty during our meal there. The food was delicious. As an American who is used to food that is heavily spiced and salted it was a breath of fresh air to experience food that was more delicate and natural. Portions are smaller than you would find in the US which I thoroughly appreciated. I left the meal feeling satisfied but not like a stuffed pig. As far as pricing, we spent 160 before tip for 2 people for the entire 4 course meal including 2 cocktails each. Considering the ambiance, service, and food quality I consider that a great deal. Highly recommend!

The Ritz did not dissapoint. Fine dining, royal service and creative delicious dishes made my night. The chef prepared everything gluten free for me. My 3 servers synchronized every plate perfectly. Starting with my amuse bouche zucchini cannolini filled with a sweet goat cheese. Next a duck confetti in plum sauce top with foie gras. The main course were lamb chops cooked to a perfect Medium rare and finally a gluten free tiramisu with espresso ice cream. Exquisite in every way! Thank you for making me feel like a princess tonight.

As I told Abraham, the manager, and Carlos, the Head Waiter, I am absolutely ASTONISHED that this restaurant does not have a Michelin Star! We have eaten at Michelin restaurants in America and Europe and this one rates as good as any, and better than some! (Note to Michelin reviewers: Correct this travesty!!!) From the complimentary amuse-bouche to the surprise complimentary truffles they gifted us for our anniversary, every dish was beautifully presented and a gastronomic delight. The service was impeccable, from the formal dress of the waitstaff to the timing of the courses and the synchronized removal of the cloches for a dramatic reveal. I actually gasped at the appetizer! The COVID protocols, while strictly observed, were still subtle enough to not detract from the atmosphere. The decor is unabashedly rich and ornate. If, however, this is your first foray into the Fine Dining Arena, you needn't be concerned. The staff will put you at ease and make you welcome. The proper utensils are provided for each course rather than a bevy of forks, spoons, knives, etc. scattered across the table. There was no rush to leave after dessert, allowing us to leisurely chat over coffee before requesting our bill. The Fantino is not to be missed when visiting Cancun!

What a fantastic new year's eve dinner at @fantino, the food was as great as a 3 Michelin the chef really did it. I truly loved it! It was a four course meal with a local wine for marriage (surprisingly good) and then end up with our service of grapes and cotillion to celebrate new year. love it!!!
