Travelled many places in the world, this is the worst experience I had in Mexico with this car rental company. I booked the car through Expedia with Advantage but the cat is provided bu the it’s partner Europcar. I have purchased insurance on Expedia. But this car rental company refused my reservation unless I have to buy their insurance which is 10 times of the insurance I purchased online. I had to return back to the airport and rather took taxi to my resort. This cheap car rental company lists on the Expedia is a scam.

I am very disappointed client. Today we had the reservation in your company at 8 am. The employee came at 8.10 am and said that he hadn’t the reserved car for us and offered us the cheapest car with half of tank, dirty car for our full price without discount. He said that he did price that we couldn’t pay for taxes 22 usd and finally he wanted 50 usd more. We spent 50 mins for nothing, argued and waiting, waiting and begging for my money return!!!!! We should go to Tulum and they did the worst day for us today. I want my money back. Horrible service. Michaela

I would recommend you guys rent a car with someone else! They used to be a good company but when I had an issue with them in Cancun they never solved it. They did not have the car I paid for (I rented an automatic and they only had manual), the employees did not care about solving this problem and preferred to cancel my booking, which made a mess out of my plans.. this was 2 months ago and after being contacted by two different means, they just ignore me and have not solved the issue... save yourself the hassle and rent somewhere else, there is lots of options out there! Terrible customer service!

This company is horrible they make their money by allowing customers to book a car rental, and upon arrival forcing you to buy their overpriced insurance, which costs more than the car rental itself. Even after explaining that I had insurance which would cover the charges, they hold you hostage at their office until you purchase the insurance. Do NOT rent a car from here, I cannot stress this enough.

They tried to rent me a car with bald tires and smoked in for 159 per day. They lowered the price to 25, then charged me a commission of 25, and then charged me 500 deposit. Then they refused to refund my deposit for no reason. I even delivered the car back with more gas than they gave me. I had to go straight to the gas station based on how much this dirty car had in the tank. They are scammers. Look on social media too. Run from them.
