We have used USA Transfers at least 4 times and every time they exceed our expectations. They are easy to communicate with when scheduling pick up times. They are prompt and always on time. The drivers drive safely. They are friendly. There are no gimmicks or hidden things that come up. It's very straight forward working with them. We trust them, have been completely satisfied, and will continue using them in the future. Highly recommend!!

Drivers are great, friendly and right on time. Really liked the fact that I got a text with tracking details for my driver coming to pick us up and bring us to the airport. The emails sent before hand gave very good instructions and info. Only down fall is that I did let them know we had a group coming from 2 different flights and they only focused on one of them and failed to realize one girl was coming in at a different gate and didn't track that her flight got a bit delayed. But once that as made known to them they acted on it right away.

I thought this was a safe and easy way to get to my hotel. They were recommended on Trip Advisor and I was glad I chose them. The drivers and welcoming staff were terrific. On time and nice cars/vans. Just be careful of the people offering their “help” on your way out the door. They are just selling time shares. Follow the instructions given in the confirmation email and you will be fine.

Out of four or five companies I contacted about airport shuttles, USA Transfers was the most responsive - very quick and to every email I sent. I reserved two car seats for both trips (to and from the resort), and even though they couldn’t guarantee I would get them, we always did. The drivers were very friendly, helpful with luggage, and great drivers. I would definitely contact them, again, during our next visit as well as recommend them to family and friends.

We had the best experience thanks to our professional, knowledgeable driver Salvatore ask for him if you have the opportunity to choose your driver please choose Sal. Great service and value. We got the airport transfers using Entertainment plus which is was fast, efficient and safe. Driver was on time, and quite professional and knowledgeable, answered all our questions and carried on a great conversation. He took us to see Tulum ruins. Coba where we climbed the pyramid. Took us to see a Mayan village. Cenote where we swam in the underground spring. Playa Del Carmen where we went to 5th Avenue walked and shopped and dined at a dive bar with live music. He recommended and took us to a great restaurant on way to Coba. We loved the service and punctuality, would most definitely use them again.
