We arrived at the restaurant with concerns about what we would get on the plate, The food we ordered throughout the week we ate at this wonderful restaurant, was amazing every day, high class food, very tasty and very surprising, The chef of the restaurant, does an excellent job And the staff of the restaurant, provides a high level of service, personally and takes care of everything quickly and efficiently, Personal thanks to Pedro an amazing and especially kind service man. Highly recommended restaurant.

The kosher food is phenomenal and the service from Rafael was excellent. The ambience is beautiful & modern and clean. We celebrated my wife’s birthday & took pictures with a sombrero & colorful cloth wrap as the waiters sang. We ate there 3 nights in a row & enjoyed each night. Morey B. We’d like to express our delightful experience at The Ember restaurant. The soup, salads, appetizers & main dishes were all delicious. Any kosher travelers to Cancun should stop by for a great dinner & great service. Sari B.

It’s super expensive (500 pesos for grilled chicken which tasted like fish, and 350 pesos for spaghetti with spinach sauce) and they charge the water too (well, I know bottled waters are charged but they asked us if we wanted water to start with and we said yes, so we thought it was the water that you are never ever charged for). And they add the tip to the bill, which they never deserve. The only reasons I’m giving two stars instead of one is that the waiters were nice and the bread they serve for free (incredibly!) is very fresh and good. I wish we hadn’t wasted our 1100 pesos for two things we didn’t like so much!

The food is decent but way overpriced. Service was good. Food was okay. The bread was hard but tasted fine. Overall, had a good time but you are laying NY prices for food you would expect to get at a Mike's bistro in Manhattan but you are in Flatbush instead.
