Be very careful using this company. I paid for round trip airport transport online and was able to get the ride from the airport to my hotel. Then I was scheduled for pickup at 5:35am from my hotel to the airport and was promptly outside on time waiting. Half hour passes and still no one. I contact the employee from the hotel who arranged my transportation time back to the airport and come to find out they never sent someone to pick me up. No valid excuse on why or any accommodation for the situation. Very unacceptable in my book and could have caused me to miss my flight. Then I had to waste even more money on a taxi to drive me to the airport even though I already prepaid for the Amstar service. BEWARE!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

We had a super great experience with our AMSTAR transportation from and to the airport. On the way to our hotel the staff was excellent. We had a flight change and when I emailed them to inform of our new flight details and arrival time they were prompt! They rescued us from the gauntlet of time share reps at the airport, checked us in, informed us there were more people that would be joining our vehicle for transport to the hotel district. We waited maybe five minutes and were on our way! Driver was great, very courteous. Returning to the airport, I emailed them to confirm time and they responded promptly again. Driver was again fantastic! When we unloaded at our terminal we were met by another rep who made sure we had all the documents we would require for our flight and informed us if there was any issue to just come out and get him and he would go inside with us and make sure everything was sorted. Definitely recommend this service!!
No one was waiting at the airport exit like they had offered.we had to walk around the parking lot and pick up area looking for their stand. The driver was nice enough so no complaints there. For the return we tried to change the time but no one ever picked up (we tried calling in the afternoon, and also early morning and no answer). When they finally picked up (1 h and 55 min before our pick up) the lady said it was not possible to change with less than 2 h notice.i said i had called multiple times and she just said well sorry. Why advertise a 24 hr service when no one can help you. I would never recommend this to anyone and vouch to not use this company ever again.
Amstar was brilliant! I was kept up to date with pick up and drop off times. Drivers were courteous and right on time. The only negative was that as I was retrieving my bag from the van, the pick up driver demanded a tip while I was pulling my bag out. I would have tipped him if he'd gotten my bag out and not demanded. But at the point he demanded, I lost the motivation to do it. I appreciate the timeliness, but I don't fall into coercion as a single female traveller.
While Amstar DMC did pick us up from the airport in a timely manner & dropped us off safely at our resort, I gave a 3 star review because when it was time to be picked up from the resort to be dropped off at the airport, the driver was 30 minutes late. I actually called them after patiently waiting 15 minutes outside to get an ETA & was placed on hold multiple times! I wonder if they would have even noticed we hadn’t been picked up yet if I hadn’t called. We paid for the deluxe private transfer, so we definitely expected timely pick up for the price. The SUVs we were transferred in were really nice, but it was frustrating to be picked up late & having to rush through check in/security. We didn’t have time to pick up dinner before it was time to board our plane!
