The fish is super fresh, and these guys actually care about hygiene. Do remember that this is a poor neighbourhood, though. And that this isn't a restaurant, but a tiny fish seller that happens to have a frier and offers some sides like sodas, garlic cream, pickled onion, coleslaw (kind of) and a table outside.
